The demonstration copy of D4COST includes 20 historical case studies representing each of the 10 categories:
Civic, Commercial, Educational, Industrial, Office, Medical, Religious, Hotel/Motel, Recreational and Residential. D4COST Version 9.0 demo will run for 12 uses.
Each historical case study includes the actual building costs broken out in the familiar CSI MasterFormat ™,
along with pictures and plans for viewing and project description. Each case study can be 'targeted' to your location and
bid time becoming your personalized cost model. The cost model then can be customized by square footage, adding/deleting
subdivisions, and then printed to a professional report that can be faxed or emailed.
After downloading and installing D4COST, two additional historical case studies are available for download by clicking
D4WEBCONNECT in D4COST then call 800-533-5680 for the login information.
