The DCD Archives of Design Cost Data Magazine is available to the industry
as a valuable resource for construction costs. The projects featured have
been published in DCD and are actual buildings with their final cost to
build, all broken out in the popular CSI MasterFormat™. The DCD Archives
also include cost indices and regional modifiers used to apply to the
projects to conceptualize a future building cost customized to the users’ needs.
Industry professionals use the DCD Archives for generating “Statements
of Probable Cost” reports, budgeting, ‘what if’ scenarios, and more.
Three subscription levels are offered by DCD to access the Archives:
Gold: A DCD Gold Subscription starts at $149 for one year and offers users
the ability to browse and select projects in the archives, customize projects
